Fried Rice With Shrimp Paste
Fried rice with shrimp paste is one of popular dish among another Cambodian fried rice dishes. The isolate flavour from another fried rice dishes is the shrimp paste flavour and the sour taste from the shreded green mango. The process of making this fried rice dish is really simple to made.
Ingredients:
- Pork or bacon slice into small pieces
- Cooked rice
- Shrimp Paste
- Egg, make an omelet slice into small strings
- mined garlic
- sliced red onion
- deep fried dried shrimp
- carrot, string bean cut into small pieces
- sliced tomato and cucumber
- shreded green mango
- dark soy sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, frying oil.
Method:
- Put the frying oil into hot pan then put the mined garlic stir fry until has nice aroma then put the shrimp paste in and also add some water. Add cooked rice, carrot, string bean and stir fry well then keep the fried rice in one place.
- Again put the frying oil into hot pan and put sliced red onion, pork, seasong powder, sugar, dark soy sauce and stir fry together. taste the mixture according to your favorite.
Preparation:
- Decorate the fried rice by put the fried rice into a bowl and add some presure then place the bowl up side down and remove the bowl.
- Put fried pork and fried dried shrimp, fried egg, shreded green tomato, sliced tomato and cucumber around the fried rice.
- Serve the fried rice with mixed fish sauce and some soup.
