Grilled Salted Fish Sour Soup
Beside grilling or fryinig the salted fish you also can make it as a delicious sour soup. This soup is not required to cook in the pot we cook it directly in the bowl. If you're an office worker and always bring your own food, you may found it difficult to bring a soup, but this soup will make you easier for you to bring to office. Pack all the ingredient in the serving bowl or your lunch box then add hot water that you have at office.

The ingredients:
- Dry Salted Fish (Normally we use Dry Salted Snake-Head Fish, other dry fish also work)
- Boiled Egg
- Green Mango, Tomato, Cucumber, Chilli, Thai Basil, Culantro, Leek
- Salt, Umami Seasoning, Sugar (If you like sweet)
- Grill dry salted fish and shred it into small pieces
- Cut the boiled egg into small pieces
- shred the green mango, cucumber and tomato into small slices
- chop the Thai Basil, Culantro, Leek
- Put all the ingredients in the serving bowl then add hot water (Do not add salt yet since the salty can extract from the salted fish)
